The product worked before my missed period. However there WAS indent lines on the brand new tests before I even used them. Because of that fact I had to waste more money on a different brand to confirm what these were saying. Won't buy this brand again because of these indent lines.

This was super helpful! We got our positive result on a Sunday when my period was due on Friday!! It was so amazing to hear that I was pregnant so much earlier than a regular pregnancy test. It just got darker as my period date was approaching and I knew so much earlier than my missed period. Great test! Really works!

These test are super sensitive and accurate!! It told me I was pregnant four days before my missed period! The lines were super easy to read and I got the results quickly. The test was affordable and I used it for both my kids. I would definitely recommend to others!

I have used first response with all of my kids and now I am getting false positives which are actually horrible pink indent lines. Once you see a slight positive you waste your money and buy more when they are already expensive just to find out it was false!!! I no longer trust First Response which is sad because it's hard to get the exciting positive when you have a fertility issue just to get your hopes up on an indention line

My hubby and I hav been trying for over a year now and i used these test multiple times and several times i got false positves and other times they were plain out negative. It's very upsetting when it looks positve and turns up not to be positive ecspecially for people like me. I had a miscarriage in 2017 and decided to take a break for a lil cus my miscarriage messed with my mental state but we finally were ready at the beginning of july last year so we started trying. And then I bought this product that kept giving me false hope. They seriously need to somehow fix this product

First Response pregnancy tests have led me down a dark path of thinking that I am having a loss month after month after seeing faint positive lines that never progress, when truly the results are negative. Their indent lines are so visible the easy read app reads them as "positive" when in reality they are not. I took several tests which showed two pink lines, had confirmation from the app, and immediately confirmed with a FR digital and clear blue only to get negative results. I feel misguided that I've made fertility treatment choices based off of these test. Do not buy!

This is the third cycle that i have had faint lines show up and I've gotten excited for a bfp. Only to be let down bc apparently ever single test has a horrible line that shows up and darkens within time limit . i should never have bought these again as its happened before but i just couldn't believe it would be the same time after time . Wasted so much money on the “best” . They are the worst, false hope , false everything with these tests , do not trust .

I have used nothing but first response test since conceiving my my daughter! It gave me a faint pink line at 9DPO and I never went back to any other tests! With my son it gave me a faint positive around 11DPO. Both very faint but both there. Both ended in successful pregnancies. We have been working on our third for 3 years now. I have never ever had an evap line with a first response test unless it sat for days. I buy a box a month. The last 3 boxes have given me evap lines, but because it was sitting for 30 minutes I toss them and don't think much about it. I purchased a box on Tuesday. I took the test on Thursday afternoon at 2:20 pm. The result is below. It popped up in a 4 minute window. I immediately got so excited. It's been 3 years and there it was! A second line in 4 minutes! I took the next text which resulted in another faint line! Fainter than the first one but still showed up in 3-4 minutes and showed up in photos. I went out and got another box to take the next day for reassurance. The first was negative. That night. Another negative. The next morning another negative. So there are definitely some defective boxes in the mix these days. It's my reason for a review. I don't hate this brand. I love them! But there are defective boxes on the market at the moment. I'm not sure if anything has changed since 2011 when we started using them.

I see a lot of people getting their hopes up on here only to be let down. I just want to say, in the nicest way possible, it's pretty obvious when it's positive or not. I thought my line was faint but seeing some other photos on here mine is definitely not as faint. I've only been late for my period about 4 days so it does detect pretty early. Just to save you some grief, if you have to squint and put your eyeballs right next to the strip to see the line, it's probably a negative. :(

Yesterday on 12/18/19 I took an early detection pregnancy test. The result was positive. 5 second dip in cup & read within the three minute window. Today I took another to ensure accuracy prior to making an appointment, same way and the result was negative. After reading the reviews, this seems to have happened a LOT recently. What is going on??
