I didn't take a picture. I was feeling like I was pretty sure I'm pregnant after seeing 2 lines and I'm freaking out because I can't have a baby right now. I've never had a pink dye test show false positive. I looked up reviews out of curiosity and I can't believe how many recent false positives there are. In my exact city too. So is there a bad batch? I took a different test and it was negative. So I'm getting a blood test. I will be thankful if it is a false positive but at the same time these tests are expensive to get inaccurate results like this.

Why are these still on the shelves?! Why are they not doing anything about them!!! 4 boxes of false hope cause of the indent line. Read all the reviews that say the same thing and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! You are giving so many women false hope and the fact that your product is still on the shelf and being sold like this is unethical. Do better.

For 6 days I've had a mixture of faint, not so faint, negative, and more faint positive results. All taken first morning urine and done correctly with instructions. This is heart breaking and I've spent a ton of money buying these. I feel like the quality has gone down in the last 4 years. I will not purchase again, will be switching to internet cheapies.

If this was a year ago I would have told you that First Response was the only brand I trusted. I've had my own daughter, and done IVF as a surrogate twice. I always used FRER to confirm pregnancy earlier than any other test. But now you can see a line on the test before even taking it. I've wasted so much money on test to "confirm" pregnancy only to realize what I thought was a line was just an indent on the test. Please fix this First Response!!!!

My husband and I have been trying for over a year and First Response was always my go to test. I was 10 dpo and over the moon when I got TWO light positives (taken at different times with different samples) they both were pink and very much there. Later that day on a 5 hour hold I got multiple negatives even with FRER test and continued to get negatives until AF arrived. I took to one of my ttc groups on Facebook and multiple girls told me they went through the same thing. My heart is broken, I feel like I lost something that was never even there and it's just simply unfair that the product is this faulty especially which how expensive they are.

I bought a box of two tests and did one. It was negative. At the same time, with the same sample, I used a cheap no name test, and it was positive. I was shocked because FRERs claim is to be the best on the market. I went on to use 3 more FRER and they were all negative while every other brand was positive. It was a complete waste of money. I will never buy or recommend this brand again.

I see a lot of people getting their hopes up on here only to be let down. I just want to say, in the nicest way possible, it's pretty obvious when it's positive or not. I thought my line was faint but seeing some other photos on here mine is definitely not as faint. I've only been late for my period about 4 days so it does detect pretty early. Just to save you some grief, if you have to squint and put your eyeballs right next to the strip to see the line, it's probably a negative. :(

I have been a huge fan of first response with my other babies, but the ones I just bought already had a positive line BEFORE I even used it! That's so irritating when you are 3 days late and you just want to know if you're pregnant or not! I will never buy first response again. Their tests need recalled immediately.

These are awful. Being that I had a miscarriage in January, had I not known better after seeing this I would've thought I was pregnant. Even their app picked up the line. So heartbreaking. This is awful - FRER should do something about this! You're breaking hearts with these stupid tests!!!

Bought 9 of these the past few days which was not cheap! Got 3 very clear positives and 2 negatives. The last positive I got which was the strongest , I started my next cycle within 10 min of the positive result. This is heartbreaking for someone who has been trying for years!!!!!!!!!!!!
