I bought this on a whim and it was not worth it. It has left stains on my clothes and sheets that I am unable to get out. You would think with since it's free and clear it wouldn't do this to your clothes, but that's wishful thinking. Get anything else over this.

Left all our clothes , sheets and towels really soft and with a very delicate scent.. Did not have to use much either. Will definately be buying this product . It is top notch .

It’s super effective in getting my clothes nice and soft and it is super gentle on my family’s sensitive skin. Since using it I have had not complaints of any rash or itchy skin. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their laundry nice and fresh but their skin safe as well!

They felt smoother, softer and kid of fluffy. Knowing it is from Downy is an assurance this is a quality product. I think you will really see a difference with this product. I just typically add to my rinse cycle by hand, don't really like my dispenser on my washing machine.

I used this product on my weekly laundry loads for a family of 5. Our clothes had a very clean smell, not fragrant, but the type of smell and satisfaction after you clean the whole house and open up the windows on a low pollen count day count of course. I would definitely recommend this product to those who like soft, clean clothes without the smells and worries of if it will trigger their respiratory issues or sensitive skin issues.

They were "overwashed" but this honestly restored them and they felt really soft again. I didn't have a lot of faith that it would be very different, but it made a huge difference.

What is most important is that the product is free of dyes and perfumes which can be a concern for many. Most of the products out there today contains significant amounts of perfumes and dyes which may ruin clothes and for those who are sensitive, perfumes can be irritating. Moreover, it claims to be dermatologist tested so what more can you ask for? I have been using this product to wash my delicate clothing and white colored shirts which has served me very well. I love it so much I've been bragging about it to my parents and family members so they would also give it a try. Overall, great product and definitely would purchase again.

Keeps clothes super soft and static free without harsh scents and/or additives! Works great and so easy to use. Perfect for anyone with sensitive skin and/or allergies. A definite staple to my laundry supplies!

This is my mom's go too fabric softener. We have used it for years. Except lately with this washing machine we don't really use it that much it started to leave a residue on certain types of materials. So we only use it in white and delicates. The darks leave markings and so does my scrubs for work. I am not sure why.
