I have purchased this product in the past and have always been unhappy with it. Oil, clogs my dispenser, a real mess. I stayed away for about a year and decided to give it another try. Downy, you didn't let me down. Same old, same old. What a terrible product.

Im so glad there is finally a softner that has no dyes or fragrance in it that i can use for my babies clothes. It works awesome . My sons clothes come out so soft and static free. I love it. I would definitely recommend to others and buy in future.

Excellent product, I bought it and it is great , it does the job and I would definitely buy and recommend it to others . It is a great item and you will love it too , I would buy it as a many time as i need it because i am very satisfied with the performance.

Our clothes were softer than they had ever been and no strong, overpowering scents. I even used it on my dogs' bedding and they were super happy snuggling up in their soft beds! Great product!

It definitely made my towels and clothes feel softer and while it’s not scented everything that I washed with it smelled really clean! I bought Downy scent free because of allergies, and you can not find another liquid that is scent free. Well its very disapointing; It has turned to cream rinse. I have shook it until my arm about fell off and it still is so thick it pours out in clumps. In today's economy it hurts to have to throw things away because you can no longer use it. I will have to throw away 1/2 of a 77 ounch bottle and a whole 77 ounch bottle if no one can tell me how to fix this. I live on a very tight budget and can not afford to throw these away, but it will not go through the dispencer, and mixing it with water will not help.

A few members of my family have allergies and sometimes different laundry items cause them problems. We have had no problem with Downy free and clear. It softens the clothes well and is easy to use. I will be purchasing in the future again.
