[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used dryer sheet fabric softener so this was something new for me. It worked great and I probably won't use the dryer sheets as often.

I have arthritis in my hands. The large lay it on the thin side with the spigot was wonderful for me. It fit wonderfully in my cabinet over the washer and the spigot made it easier on my wrists. WHAT HAPPENED WHERE IT IS? i can't find it anywhere

Me and my two kids have sensitive skin and this is mu go to fabric softener it does an amazing job that you expect from Downey. Of you or your family has sensitive skin them this should be your go to fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this is awesome!!... No more worrying about allergies with the Free & Gentle... With the other softeners, you have the additives that you have to dodge and question yourself.

I was looking for a fragrance free Fabric Condition and Downy one is very good! My husband is allergic to fragrances and this one is the first one that I really fell my clothes soft.

When Downy switched to "Ultra" concentrated versions of their softener, the product is too thick and clogs our softener dispenser. Yes, we tried diluting it with water, but it does not dissolve well and still is a problem.

At first I thought it was a fluke but then I came on here and saw that a lot of people are having the same issues. It thickens up and turns into a glob. Plus I noticed that my bath towels are not soft as they are with other fabric softeners.
