I don't know what you did to the formula of this, but it is pure junk now! It congeals and is unusable. This used to be a good product. Whatever you changed in the formula, unchange it!

Always does a good job with softening and getting rid of wrinkles out of clothes. I love the fragrance free option as it’s better for my kiddos and even the pet laundry.

I have been buying this for a long time. Works great & is gentle. My family is allergic to smells and this works well for their needs. Leaves clothes soft.

My son is allergic to Blue NO.1 & 2 dye. This product is the only product on the market that doesn't stink that he can use! I love it, thank you Downy!!!!

I have arthritis in my hands. The large lay it on the thin side with the spigot was wonderful for me. It fit wonderfully in my cabinet over the washer and the spigot made it easier on my wrists. WHAT HAPPENED WHERE IT IS? i can't find it anywhere

i have poured some in new washing machine.. i guess i'm too old and blind?? noooo way i can read the directions etc...??? including being small..lt blue on white ??
