[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband really like this product because we do not like the smell that the other fabric conditioner have, we both have sinus problems and it is hard to wear clothes with a strong smell of fabric conditioner. So this product is just right for both of us. And it make your clothes so soft. They feel so good when you put them on.

We've a new bottle that upon opening was also in a gel form. Today I called the 1-800 number given here and which is also the bottle. Instead of getting to their service department i had to sit through a plug for some emergency medical alert device. When I told the lady I wasn't interested she continued to go over the reasons I should buy this service. Furious, I hung up.

This product kept my clothes very soft just like the original Downy, but without the real heavy smell of Downy. I like that it has NO smell at all, yet still keeps my clothes soft and clean and wrinkle free. This product is especially good for children with skin allergies. Thank you!

So, when I tried this softener, I used it on a load of towels. The towels felt softer than usual, and it seemed to help remove all that excess lint as well. I was surprised by the effects of this softener and am glad my favorite brand offers something for allergy sufferers. My husband has eczema and was unable to use most soap and softeners. So, this is the first time I've used a scentless conditioner, and I am so impressed. Our clothes and blankets are so soft! And more surprisingly you don't even miss the scent. Plus, there is the huge factor that is as no dyes and perfumes, so it's better for my family. I believe my family has been sold, and this is our new conditioner!

This time of year I like to hang my laundry out, so I always use fabric softener to keep the clothes from getting to stiff. I will say that Downy Free did keep my clothes soft, order free, and without wrinkles. It also rained a few day this week so I had to use the dryer. The clothes did come out soft but also were somewhat wrinkly. I think if you have allergy's then this is a great product. However, I would have to use this much longer to see how the clothes actually hold up.

You get the same Downy softness without the perfumes that those of us with sensitive skin can't use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, but definitely to my fellow sensitive skinned beings. Tennis balls in my dryer just make the door pop open. It's more convenient in a liquid form versus other options for us. The 34 oz bottle died approximately 40 medium loads. It's a milky white color with a white bottle, but I can see the measuring lines in poor lighting.

This free & gentle Downy is just what I need! It keeps my clothes soft and our blankets cuddly without the irritation to our skin! I would like a downy without perfumes that isn't just unscented. There are many was to add a natural scents w/o adding perfumes. Aloe, lavender, citrus are just a few. It would be nice to see something like this come from a large company like downy. I would love to see a naturaly scented downy vs the new overloaded scented perfume beads.
