I like the fact that so far the tank does not dry up the ink before I use it. That right there is a big deal because I don’t use the printer a lot. I use it for printing patterns and pictures. It’s fast and very easy instructions. I love this printer.

I couldn’t get it to work correctly through my phone. Why do you have to make it so complicated. What ever happened to the basic. I don’t have a phone to use your printers anymore. So I’m stuck with my old broken one because I can’t use new ones anymore. Stupid. Just plain stupid

The printer was relatively easy to set up until I got to the printheads. For the life of me I couldn’t get them to go in. I had to walk away several times before I finally got it. As for printing I had zero problem with that. In the past I had a different brand printer same type etc an I could only get it to print just once. That one is sitting in a trash heap. I was literally afraid to buy this printer after the past experience, but so far so good.

I love my printer it was pretty much plug and play, the issue I had was with Windows 11, but when I looked into it, of course HP had clear iinstructions on what to do and like magic it worked. I look forward to using my printer with all my tasks, thank you HP another great product.

I am happy with the purchase of my HP Smart Tank 5100 All-in-One Printer. The print quality is crisp and the colors are vivid. The printer speed is faster and I’m looking forward to having a longer printing life cycle before having to replace the color cartridges.

I purchased this because my old HP dropped the network and had to be re-booted weekly. Signal is strong, Comcast (although not my favorite but is quite reliable), yet I can’t find the network printer anytime I’ve not used it in 5 days or more. Reboot ant it is fine….

It's a printer, thought it dose make weird almost crunching nosies on start up probably just installed the printer head incorrectly. Not sure how to use the buttons on it besides the green check mark and red x. I'm sure it was in the manual but I just glazed over it.

Adequate printer, much sliwer than expected but print quality is decent. App controls for functions like scanning are awkward and workflow is far from elegant or streamlined. But for the price, if the ink in the tanks does not degrade over time, this is a reasonable backup printer.

I was skeptical of all home printers, especially with Apple computers. I decided to give this wireless HP 5000/5001 All-in-One-Printer a try, and I am delighted that I took the chance. The set up was easy and the print quality is good. I do not use the printer everyday, but the ink and the performance have still held up producing good quality prints reliably. I highly recommend this product.

Set up instructions need improvement. Your days of 1 large fold out sheet that started with unpacking and ended with printing. KISS and go back to 1 sheet for set up. Your 2 books and addendum are difficult and do not follow a straight line in setting up. Printer is Fantastic though.
