The upside is the cost factor of ink 😊 The print quality is better then expected 😊 the only downside we found is the instructions are only available online we don’t have the beauty of the internet at home and lack adequate cell coverage to get the required info to set it up so it required a couple trips and finally a link to the neighbor internet for the price of the unit an instruction pamphlet that explains how to access the information that’s imbedded in the printer would go a long way 🤦‍♂️ but once setup we are very pleased we have had good luck with HP products for many years

I use the printer mostly for copying. Easy to add ink, easy to use for printing and copying. I didn’t give a 5 star review because, as far as I can figure out, I can’t increase print size. I copy needle point patterns and would like to enlarge them

I’ve had this printer for two months and I am on my second set of ink, supposedly I was given enough ink to last up to two years?! For no apparent reason the print job stops and spits out a half finished page. This happens every time I print sometimes up to three times.

If it runs out of paper in the middle of a print job it takes hours for it to print anything again and I have to start from the beginning. It was working with one of my devices, but won’t work anymore. It will only allow me to print from my phone when it feels like it. I’m not tech savvy, but my son is and he couldn’t figure out these issues either.

I’m a disabled veteran and the VA brought this printer for me after my printer of 10 years (Brother all in 1) finally died. This is the worst printer I have ever had in my life . I rather buy 1000 ink cartridges than wait as long as I do or have to constantly connect to a perfectly good WiFi.. if the veterans affairs did not purchase this printer for me, I would have returned it the following day unfortunately, I cannot afford another printer at the moment but when I can’t, this printer will go in the garbage.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with an HP printer. The user interface is baffling and glitchy, the paper feed on the back is a disaster, and I have yet to get it to connect consistently wirelessly to my laptop or phone, which had no trouble with prior devices. It’s pretty much sitting there unused and I am looking at other options.

This printer has been a huge disappointment. The paper tray only holds approximately 20–25 sheets, it does not print automatically on both sides, and on top of that, it is extremely slow. All of this makes any printing job take much longer than it should. It costs more than twice as much as other printers, so for the price, I expected much better quality and performance. Unfortunately, it has been the complete opposite. It also frequently pulls in more than one sheet at a time, causing printing errors. Other times, it starts printing but after printing about one-third of the page, it leaves the rest completely blank. This results in wasted time, paper, and ink every time something goes wrong. For the price I paid, I expected a much more efficient, faster, and more reliable printer. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.

I'll be quick - something this printer isn't. It has trouble connecting to other devices with the HP app, it is slow to process prints, my first one had an issue in which colored prints were messed up, there is no way to connect it via cable as an alternative, and the app even has ads (which is something ridiculous considering I already paid for the product). I will not buy this, or any HP product again, but because I paid for this sad excuse of a printer, I will run it into the ground.

I bought this printer because friends told me HP printers were relatively reliable. All I wanted to do was print files, but after the first three times of printing one-page files, it stopped printing and the info is simply that there is an error. It doesn't indicate what the error is or how to fix it. I'm very sorry I bought this printer.

The printer worked perfectly for be for a week then it started acting up. My phone kept saying trying to contact printer forever. I tried my iPad same thing. I restarted my devices and the printer worked for a few printouts then it said the same trying to contact the printer. Thats frustrating to me I can’t deal with such problems while I am counting on a new printer. So I am returning it!
