The pages look great. Tons of ink so we aren’t constantly purchasing cartridges. The ink system has an easy, no mess process to fill tanks. So much easier than I thought. Internet connection, downloading the app, managing preferences; all simple tasks.

Lately, I've had to do a hard restart every time I try to print something. After some research, I need to do some IT work to get the printer and my phone on the same network so it can print without the hard restart. I don't know if this is just a wifi issue or the printer, but it's such an inconvenience. I was able to get things printed my phone without issues now I have to setup the same thing for my laptop which I don't remember what I did.

I use my printer 4 to 5 times a week for as much as 700 - 800 copies at a time. I also use it to print family color photos from my photo storage. I think the only thing that I have to get used to is it doesn't print as quickly as other printers I have had so I do need to wait longer for it to spit each copy out.

I thought that you should inform the customer that the bottles used to fill the tanks use the whole bottle except for the black loading. The paper was a little tricky. It seemed to stick to play with it to get it in. Otherwise, everything else went pretty well.

The printer prints great quality prints. It very rarely prints when I need it to. I’m usually in a hurry to print and it is always disconnected. I have to go through the whole connecting process again, just like I just took it out of the box. And then half the time it says it can’t connect and to fix that I have to restart my WiFi router. Well I have other things running off my WiFi. I don’t want to restart it every time I need to print. I have been more frustrated with it than pleased. I just want it to print when I need it to.

This was my first time owning an HP printer I've always used Epson but for lots of reasons I've decided to get an HP and I am very happy with it As I said in the title The instructions for setting up the HP were very clear and helpful and unusual I have found So I'm very happy with it

Positives: Easy setup. Love the app feature. Great convenience of supplies included Negatives: Easily disconnects with Wifi drops - takes a while to reconnect. Hard to print multiple pages in a timely manner. Printed papers come out damp. Does not print front/back.

It was easy to install and set up. I love that I don't need to buy ink for about 2 years. I like the print jobs but it does take a few moments for it to start printing but that's ok with me. It has more pluses than minuses and this is my third HP printer and i love it so far.

Having a phone number for support vs a virtual. It’s not capable of handling the work that we have our business it doesn’t do double side printing. The instructions are not clear. It keeps going off-line constantly not connected to our devices. Then when it does connect, it gives a print out of conductivity checking for the printer, then it doesn’t work. It’s a piece of crap and I’m tired of complaining without this issue being resolved. I guess I’m gonna have to just contact a Better Business Bureau cause we’ve had it for less than a year warranty is still good.

I love that the ink lasts forever and that it doesn’t cost much to buy refills. The cartridges are so expensive. The only thing I had to troubleshoot was getting reconnected once I deep dives on the web I found what I needed and learned how to reset and reconnect. But other than that this printer had been fabulous I can print right off of my phone I used this for business to make labels make flyers print off reports
