This printer was easy to set up and the print quality was OK. Until it stopped working after a few days. Now it continually goes offline and HP support was not able to help and closed my case. I feel cheated. It shouldn't be that difficult to fix a connectivity problem.

This printer was so incredibly easy to install, easy to use, makes beautiful crisp copies. I would have given it five stars, except it’s incredibly slow to print. I’m not sure if it’s because it uses so-called inkless cartridges but even the #MIN newest amount of information on a piece of paper print very very did I say very slow.

WOW! 2 to 3 years of original ink in the box, yielding roughly 6,000 black pages or 8,000 color pages. Refillable tanks is great I’ve been using a cartridge type of printer and it’s so expensive! Very user friendly, wifi capability and so many more features!

There is nothing to like about this printer. Can’t even use it. If we could, I would find it very cheaply made and I hate the fact that there is no bottom feed if you need to print several pages. I have had HP printers (Office Jet)) for the past several printers with few complaints. This printer is not worthy of the HP name.

It worked great when I first got it, then it stopped working so great. It doesn't connect to my Wi-Fi. I literally have to plug in my laptop to print anything, or I have to go through a secondary printing. App to print from my phone.It's supposed to tell me when I'm out of ink before.I'm out of ink when to order that app doesn't because it doesn't sink with my wifi noise, I'm also supposed to come up with up to 2 years of ink, I haven't even had it.6 months I've barely had it a month or a little over a month.Maybe , and I can't use it because it's already out of ink

Overall very good performance. Sometimes slow using wi-fi before printer is recognized and ready to print. HP Smart app - when I ask for ink status, it jumps to a page selling ink and ink plans, not to the graphic showing the amount of ink left in the 4 tanks.

I feel like this printer was not a new one that it was refurbished and was sold as being new. The printer lags and often jams and will just stop printing. I wish I would’ve returned it when I had the chance and get the printer I originally wanted but figured I would give this one a shot since HP is a decent brand but really do regret getting this.

Somewhat disappointing since this printer is a replacement for a laser jet - This printer cannot print double side, it won't support an HP Printer software that will let my older iMac print in color and it doesn't have a document feeder. Sorry I didn't ask more questions.

I feel like there should be a person that we can talk to walk you through the setup process for the person who is not tech savvy and that is scared of doing something wrong and to be able to see that the product works and if they have a problem they can talk them through it and they can get it written up for them to get fixed or whatever they can help them with so that way you don’t lose a customer who needs the product that they have bought from you and they will come back for years to come and recommend it to others

Love HP products! I have never had a bad experience with a HP product! Lots of ink with this one! Clear pictures! Easy to set up ……. Would be nice if the printer came with a dust cover, Took me awhile to find one.
