I absolutely love these knives! From the moment I took them out of the box, I could tell they were high quality. They have a great weight to them—not too heavy, but solid enough to feel durable and well-made. The handles are comfortable to grip, and they fit perfectly in my hand, making cutting feel smooth and effortless. I've used them for a variety of kitchen tasks, from slicing meats to chopping vegetables, and they've performed beautifully every time. Whether I'm cutting through thick chicken breasts or delicate herbs, these knives glide through without resistance. It’s honestly made meal prep so much easier and more enjoyable. What really impressed me was how sharp they are straight out of the box. I didn't need to sharpen them at all before using them, and even after multiple uses, they’re still razor-sharp. The clean cuts they produce help keep ingredients looking fresh and neat, especially with vegetables. They also wash up nicely—no staining or rusting after handwashing and drying. These knives have quickly become my go-to tools in the kitchen, and I now look forward to cooking more than ever. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen setup!

I got this set about three weeks ago and wanted to really test them out before reviewing. I’m familiar with the Henckels brand from purchasing knives here and there from estate sales but noted that this set is Henckels International, which is slightly different and slightly lower quality. However, after using these knives repeatedly over the last few weeks, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They have stayed sharp despite heavy use and washings. I haven’t noticed any difference in performance over the older Henckels knives I already own. At the current price, including a beautiful wood storage block, this set is an absolute steal, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

These knives are really sharp and cut through everything easily. Instantly my favorite knives I have ever used. Such a fast, clean cut that it took a bit before I realized I had cut the end of my thumb off with the paring knife. Love the knives, I just need to go slower. And kids will not be using them.

This is a good set of knives with all of the major types you'll need for your kitchen. The wood block is great and I love the color. The knives have a full tang and the handles are smooth and comfortable in my hand. The steak knives have a partial serration which will make them more difficult to sharpen over time. They do feel a little lighter than another name brand knife set that I currently have. Made in China.

These knives work well, have stayed sharp, but they do tend to rust a little in certain places. It does seem to come off with a little rubbing. It’s not a show stopper for me, as I continue to use them. Maybe if you washed and dried them immediately they may not do this. They are nice and heavy and look nice in the counter.

I’m really impressed with the Henckels Knife Set! The knives are exceptionally sharp, made from high-quality stainless steel, and feel lightweight yet durable in hand. I love that they’re also dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup super easy. The set looks beautiful and the FSC-certified woodblock adds a nice eco-friendly touch. My only complaint is the stand—I wish it was more vertical instead of leaning forward, as it takes up a bit more counter space than I’d like. Still, a great quality set overall!

Size of the blades, and variety in lengths is fantastic! I love that some of the knives are both smooth edge and serated. The down side is I have one that is already surface rusting after going in the dishwasher twice. I don’t use harsh cleaning chemicals, so I was very surprised when this happened. So far, it’s only been one knives, so maybe that was just a dud? I couldn’t find anything about hand wash only in the instructions.

Decent quality for the price point. Good variety of knives, a lot of sets do not include a fillet knife. The scissors are very sharp. Block is nice. Good quality overall. The handles are lightweight, which is nice for some, not really my preference.

This is an awesome set of knives for an amazing price. The only thing that held me back from 5 stars was they aren’t as heavy as some other knives we have owned. Besides that, they are truly amazing and come with a sharpener!

These knives are both sleek and high quality! One of my favorite things about this knife block is that it’s not as wide as others. It fits nicely on the counter and looks really nice! The knives are sharp and a great variety of sizes and types.
