I wrote a detialed review of this product several months ago, all positive. I continue to use Overnight Underwear with good results, and still feel very postive. There is no downside. Get past your embarrassment about having incontinence and needing the extra help. These will make a difference!

Difficult to wrap around a man larger than yourself. Takes much too long. Please make the same inside the same in a shorts style that could be put on like regular underware? We need something that will last 9/10 hours of sleeping. I was assured by the sales girl that the black and white shorts would work. Not true. I called, and the next girl said the unisex were the best in shorts for both. They worked better, but not as well as the diaper style. Those are good for the bedridden. But the active man needs the coverage of the diaper style. Just put the larger inside a short style THANK YOU

I've tried tons of different products and these work the best for me. They fit good and keep my clothes dry. I have to go to the bathroom quite often at night and when I stand up out of bed to go, it just starts to run out before I get to the bathroom. These absorb everything. I have to change sometimes but it protects my clothes and I just have to change the underwear and not my pajamas. It holds a lot very well and I love the gathers at the legs because it keeps everything else dry. They are more expensive but the effectiveness is definitely worth it.

There's no indication on the packaging to say that the item is hip hugging as opposed to regular, to the waste panties. You can't tell by the picture, and the measurements, which you would expect to be more generous at the hip, are actually several inches smaller. Again, this is impossible to see on the picture. Though i usually like the tena regular large panty size, i do not like the hip huggers.

It is surprising that any diaper product would not contain a minimal amount of wetness indicator dye to show the caregiver the presence of any liquid, mainly urine. This product works great otherwise, but given that a spritz of indicator would add such incredible value, it is beyond me why this feature is not provided.

I ordered a small/medium and definitely received a SMALL. I'm sorry I believed in the specifications and ordered 80 of the Tena small/medium. I was ordering the large but they were too big so I thought the small/medium would be just right with the new sizing chart provided. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase Tena products.

I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. I have tried all the brands of underwear and pads and have found Tena to be the best. They are also the most economical. I got my 91 year old mother into them also and she loves them too. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

I have literally tried every single brand of diapers for my mother, particularly those that advertised on the pkg. that they are for "overnight" or "day and night" with maximum absorbency. None, other than TENA have lived up to their product description. TENA, and only TENA, overnight adult diapers have performed as advertised. I also use the daytime diapers which are also very good. Since my mother is more incontinent during the night, the overnight diapers were most important to me, and I am very happy with TENA.

I have tried several different brand names and they all seem to have the same problem. They do not bring the padding all the way across the crotch area. It ends up bunching up in the center and unless you have it zeroed in, when you stand up and your bladder lets go, there is nothing there to stop it and there you stand in a puddle of embarrassment. With Tena Overnight, I do not have that problem. Their padding goes all the way across and their design keeps it from bunching up. Tena, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN TO SAVE MONEY. I know I pay more for the overnight than I would other brands, but if it keeps me from standing in embarrassing puddles, than so be it. Thank you Tena for meeting a larger woman's needs.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!
