They are very absorbent, hold a lot of liquid %26 leave me dry with the top layer keeping the moisture away until I can change them. They are the widest and cover all of me so I have no leaks which is absolutely amazing %26 gives me the confidence I need to have when I’m going out. The material is so soft %26 very comfortable. They do not chafe my skin or cause any irritation at all. I highly recommend these overnight underwear over any of the other brands I have used. I purchased these for my mother. They’re very absorbent and allow us to go on outings during the day or evening for more than a couple hours without the threat of accidents were very happy with the results would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I like the overall fit of this underwear. For my patient I have to add a large pad to ensure that it covers her need all night. There is sufficient room to do this. I seldom have any problem using this underwear. I tried several and none work as well as this one.

I broke my leg and surgery and the plate broke and surgery was redone. So I was back to being to using incontinence underwear and I tell you after finding tena I was happy. the size, the fit, the price...they were just a great great find. I recommend them highly. I will continue to use them until my leg heals. Also plus women I purchased the XXL and it wonderfully. Not tight or binding at all.

I ordered a s/m as mom wears this size in several other brands. They are too tight to even pull up. I ended up pulling them apart at the side seams so I could get them up. They do absorb a lot overnight.

These are the best fit I have tried! I tried the Always brand but they didn’t fit well! The Tena brand actually fit like underwear! The fit was discreet and helped tremendously with bladder leakage!

A little expensive but easier than the alternative of clean up. They seem to be about the best absorption. We use them mostly at night. Nice and easy to have delivered but a little puzzled why they can’t be bought in store. The best in store just don’t compare. But again they are a little pricey compared.

This item is a product that is finally being made as disposable underpants to fit a small size, making them like pull up pants, that fit, instead of the v shape back underpants that claim to fit under clothes and end up leaking, as they don't fit. The issue is to prevent incontinence leakage, which can drain down your legs, if the fit does not cover your buttocks properly. These pants actually do cover a small buttocks, thus prevent leakage. Super absorbency is also important. I did have to insert additional pads inside the underwear for increased absorption. Another comment is that I only found this product, which I had delivered, available with several individual packages in a box, which enables me to have them in hand. I did not see any individual packages available, which would have been helpful as well, in case I ended up purchasing the item directly at the store and/or on line.
