I have been using the TENA overnight underwear for over 8 months now. I had tried many including, Always. I have also tried the TENA pads. I am almost 76 and for me, I found that the overnight underwear were the most comfortable and provided the most secure protection. In fact, so much so, that I use them day and night. Yes, that makes it a little more expensive for me, but my peace of mind is worth it.

The Overnignt panties are so great. I feel so secure and when I know that I will really use them through the night. This underwear provides the best incontinence coverage that I've used for my family member. Leaks are infrequent and only at maximum capacity. Unlike other products, there is good order control and minimum bacteria related skin issues. The fit is better, as well as the coverage. The fabric is a much better quality than others, which makes it more comfortable to wear.

I have a real issue with a leaky bladder. This has become a real issue when I am sitting in a dentist chair, and have to be excused to go urinate halfway through my appointment. These "panties" are wonderful! I can sit through the appointment, and any leaking is caught and more than adequately contained in the panties....same results with shopping sprees...I can get through my grocery shopping without wetting myself, how embarrassed I have been! Shopping is again an event I can look forward to, as well as lunch in the park, etc.... Even when shopping in department stores, I have wet all over myself trying to get to the restrooms which are always at the farthest corner of the store! Good product, reliably made and well designed for purpose. Ease of putting on and removing after use is excellent. Recent manufacturer re-standardization of sizes (when what was formerly designated Size Large became instead Size XL -- or, to put it another way, if one kept buying Size L, one began to receive a smaller size product) was not effectively communicated during the transition when both old and new sizings were simultaneously being sold, and a star has been deducted for that. Otherwise, if one can be sure of the sizing, this product is highly recommended as effective and easy to use.

Tena makes incontinence look fashionable! These underwear hold quite a bit of urine and are very comfortable, very well made and you stay dry longer than with other products such as Always and Poise. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to stay with Tena for years to come.

I have used all brands of women's underwear and TENA is the best there is. It has a great leg guards that is not only one elastic guard but several that prevents ANY leakage at all overnight. Great product. For anyone with incontinence, this is the only one to buy. If you can't find it in stores, order it online or call and order it. It comes in about 2 days. Great customer service!

Despite limiting my liquid intake to no more than 10 oz. after 1:00 pm & going to sleep around 12:00 midnight, I awaken around 3:00 am with my Overnight Underwear fully soaked & must change to a fresh pair. After returning to sleep, the second pair is fully soaked by 8:00 am. Then throughout daytime I must change my #6 Tena pad 4 to 5 times. After 12 years of urologist consultations, medications & acupuncture treatments, my incontinence continues to get worse. I wish that the Overnight Underwear could be made more absorbent. My incontinence is extremely depressing & limits my routine activities.
