I have tried several different brand names and they all seem to have the same problem. They do not bring the padding all the way across the crotch area. It ends up bunching up in the center and unless you have it zeroed in, when you stand up and your bladder lets go, there is nothing there to stop it and there you stand in a puddle of embarrassment. With Tena Overnight, I do not have that problem. Their padding goes all the way across and their design keeps it from bunching up. Tena, PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DESIGN TO SAVE MONEY. I know I pay more for the overnight than I would other brands, but if it keeps me from standing in embarrassing puddles, than so be it. Thank you Tena for meeting a larger woman's needs.

I found these in Northern Wales while visiting my granddaughter. I had been using Depends. I find the TENAs fit my strange figure well and are quite comfortable. I have a physiological issue requiring me to wear these 24/7,so I have signed up for the automatic delivery program which is certainly handier than ordering frequently. P.S. Tena makes incontinence look fashionable! These underwear hold quite a bit of urine and are very comfortable, very well made and you stay dry longer than with other products such as Always and Poise. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to stay with Tena for years to come.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!

Unlike other products, there is good order control and minimum bacteria related skin issues. The fit is better, as well as the coverage. I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

These are the best Overnight Underwear that we have found. My wife is bedridden and so we use the Overnight Underwear on her. They are, by far, the best we have purchased. The quality is there and the absorption is wonderful. The aides who look after her all praise the Tena Underwear.
