I found these in Northern Wales while visiting my granddaughter. I had been using Depends. I find the TENAs fit my strange figure well and are quite comfortable. I have a physiological issue requiring me to wear these 24/7,so I have signed up for the automatic delivery program which is certainly handier than ordering frequently. P.S. This is the third review I have sent in. Please do not ask me to do this again.

I like the feeling of a pant rather than a diaper with the stretch briefs, and these don't leak like the briefs do. They are comfortable to wear if I am going out during the day and I have that extra padding so I don't have accidents. I like all of the Tena products I have used and recommend them to my friends regularly.

I think the Tena Overnight Underwear are great, in fact I love all the Tena products I use. I have to wear disposable underwear all the time, as I am in a wheelchair. It takes me too long to get to the toilet, pull myself out of my chair, get my pants down and then seat myself - it's really a production. I have tried all the brands of underwear and pads and have found Tena to be the best. They are also the most economical. I got my 91 year old mother into them also and she loves them too. The main thing you need to do to have great success with them is to get the right size. Once you do you will not have to worry about leaks. I feel confident going out in public in the regular underwear because I know I am protected against accidents. I highly recommend the Tena underwear and pads. Please note that I use the underwear and pads together, at the same time.

These are so soft & comfortable you'll love them. The sizes are accurate &, unlike others, will not rip easily. They do not show through clothing, but will protect you when needed. As they sometimes sell out in stores, Tena offers online ordering which I find very convenient!

Tena products are the best after trying different brands. the fit ,the absorbancy,the thickness were important criterias to meet my demands.My issue started in 2021, and my urinary incontinence is a struggle and the Tena brand has helped me to trust, and give me some confidence.I encourage this purchase.

My mother had a stroke four years ago when she came home she needed to wear something overnight. We have tried every single thing there was and I was washing all of her bed close every day and it was that hey huge amount of work and uncomfortable for her. Now that I have found TENA it is almost impossible for anything to change both of our lives to this degree in overnight and daytime too. Now we can go out and confidence with no hesitation because of TENA and mom goes to sleep at night knowing that there will be no wetness because of TENA. Thank you again for this magnificent product. I use Tena underwear exclusively. It is dependable and comfortable. Plus the XL fits me very well. I'm disabled but the briefs are easy to change. Shipping has also been dependable. I order from two different sources to make sure I'm never out of these briefs. There have been no shipping delays so far!

My mother is in the nursing home and has been using the Tena Women's Underwear for several years now. She prefers them to the one provided by the nursing home, as they fit more comfortably and are more absorbent which help prevent leaking. The fit is more like natural underwear and not revealing when she wears them. I recommend Tena products whenever asked.

Usually an excellent product with superior protection, but I noticed with my recent order that the large size now fits like a medium. Unfortunately I can't wear them, so I'm going to have to return them and purchase the XL. To give an idea of the fit change: I was able to wear the large comfortably for 3 years. Today I'm 10 lbs lighter, so I should still be able to fit them. However, I cannot squeeze into them without ripping the seams. Another regular customer noticed the same thing.

Waited quite a while so I would be sure how they work. Excellent ! I had been using Depends Overnight Underwear and Poise Overnight Pad and not happy. Leaked frequently -had to put plastic down to protect recliner I sleep in. Very frustrating ! The Tena Overnight Underwear and Overnight Pads work very well. Had leak couple times, but not bad at all. Basically, once I got pads placement figured out (night use 2 to make area long enough for me. About 1 or 2 inches longer would be perfect for us big women) no leaks! Thank you Tena !!
