Wanted to leave a realistic review after having it 3 weeks. This bounce house is SO fun, but after having it 3 weeks there are already 2 holes in the seam. We did use the 2 patches they sent but it isn't holding up so I'm unsure what to do. This is always a possibility though with these kinds of things. Hopefully it holds up better for other people! It is the perfect size. My 1 and 3 year old love it.

We set this up for our three year old and after the first use we found one hole on the seams, we patched it up and after three uses it now has 3 more holes. It's very frustrating because it's obvious it's a manufacturing issue due to the fact that we're using it correctly within the age requirements and the weight and the holes still appeared in the same spots along the seams.

Did not last. My children (2 and 4) were so excited to get this for Christmas. We had it up for a week, packed it away in the bag, and the next time we got it out it had a hole in a seam…it didn't even last a month. I patched it with the provided patch but the patch split in the same spot. Unfortunately, based on reviews it looks like this is a common problem. Such a bummer since it's esthetically pleasing and a great size for indoor use.

First, I want to acknowledge the phenomenal return policy and ease of getting an exchange/refund at Sam's Club. Ive been a member for 7 years now and will continue to be one. I wanted to love this product so much. I've had many Members Mark products, and every one of them was a fantastic value for your money. My kids had a blast on it every day. I have a 2 year old, and a 4 and a half year old. Combined they weigh 75 lbs. The bounce house is rated for 150lbs. We got it for black friday for a phenomenal slide. We had a hole at the entry arch on the floor where the air compartments meet. Both of the patches did not last through the rough housing of two boys. They broke where the previous hole was. This happened on two separate bounce houses, unfortunately same result. I'd exchange for a third one, but it's back to full price and is only available for shipping.

Absolutely perfect for my one year old! We brought this out for his birthday and he had a blast, i almost don't want to put it away! We threw in some colorful balls and he loves jumping in randomly throughout the day. Doesn't hold a lot of kids inside but 2 can definitely still have fun in it together!

Don't waste your money. we bought this for our 2.5 yr old, and every week we've had to patch it. We don't even have patches left from the box so now it's sitting in the living room looking like a king-sized comforter. Worst purchase from Sams this year, don't waste your money

kids loved it initially but it unfortunately only lasted. a week before it got its first hole and the patch kit it comes with hasn't been helpful unfortunately. for context i have a 3 and 1 year old gentle playing girls, so if your kids are on the bigger/rigger playing side i would advise getting a different type to be able to withstand play.

The kids love it! Not only bounce, but they use it as a fort and a place to read books,!

Great compact fun for one child!!
