kids loved it but unfortunately it's gotten tears shortly after they started playing. all rips are along the seams so I assume it's just weak on the seams. not cheap for such a short life

3 holes in a month, cannot withstand toddlers.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my kids. Toddlers both weighing less than 30lbs. Just patched the 3rd hole. This is not made very well and after just a month it has 3 holes all in the same seam.

Rip in seam- second time using

My little ones loved this and its a perfect size for indoor use. Sadly, after setting up for the second time we noticed it was losing air quickly. There was a 1 inch hole right in the seam right where you enter. we tried to patch with the tiny tape they provided but its not working. will be returning sadly

2 bounce houses got holes after 2 weeks

First, I want to acknowledge the phenomenal return policy and ease of getting an exchange/refund at Sam's Club. Ive been a member for 7 years now and will continue to be one. I wanted to love this product so much. I've had many Members Mark products, and every one of them was a fantastic value for your money. My kids had a blast on it every day. I have a 2 year old, and a 4 and a half year old. Combined they weigh 75 lbs. The bounce house is rated for 150lbs. We got it for black friday for a phenomenal slide. We had a hole at the entry arch on the floor where the air compartments meet. Both of the patches did not last through the rough housing of two boys. They broke where the previous hole was. This happened on two separate bounce houses, unfortunately same result. I'd exchange for a third one, but it's back to full price and is only available for shipping.

Manufactured problem with tear

Is the second bounce house that tear in the same place in a month. I bought for my son on Christmas, but was tear in the entrance of the bounce house, so after a long discussion with the sams club, they were open to exchange that, they did and I received my new one on end of January, so today February 5, the bounce house was not inflated and I found a tear in the same spot ( in the seam part).

Easy and fun to use, but didn't last long

This has been a lifesaver during cold and snowy days stuck at home. The built-in pump makes it extremely easy to inflate and deflate, and I appreciate that it doesn't have to stay plugged in while bouncing. It seemed sturdy and held air well for the first few uses. Unfortunately, ours developed a hole on the seam after less than a month of occasional use with two toddlers. Because of the placement of the hole, the included patches aren't much use - I can still hear the air leaking out. Looking at the other reviews this seems like a common occurrence. I purchased on sale, so I feel we still got enough use out of it, but I would definitely not pay full price. I wish we'd gotten more than a month out of it because my twins love it!

Pass on it, not worth it

cute idea in theory, but it is very cheap quality if one, 30 lbs child could pop it, and then pop the repair within 1week. He never wore shoes in it, and only ever jumped with ball pit balls. all that to say, if you plan to actually have kids pay in it, buy a different more durable product

not very sturdy

kids loved it initially but it unfortunately only lasted. a week before it got its first hole and the patch kit it comes with hasn’t been helpful unfortunately. for context i have a 3 and 1 year old gentle playing girls, so if your kids are on the bigger/rigger playing side i would advise getting a different type to be able to withstand play.

Great idea, doesn’t hold up

We purchased this for Christmas, %26 had to exchange it twice. Each one got a hole in the same seam at the front of the bounce house. Which shows that it’s a manufacturer issue. We finally gave up %26 returned it. Great idea but did not hold up, even a week. Provided patch only works for a day or two.
