Great product! I recommend using this in place of eggs either when you don’t have eggs or if you are vegan. It is great in these times when it is hard to get eggs and/or go to the store.

I like this product because it allows me to easily divide recipes into smaller portions. I am a single person and many time a recipe is too large for me. Therefore I use the replacer when I want only half an egg.

This is my favorite egg replacer. It works beautifully in baked goods. I can make vegan versions of anything and they come out just like the original recipes. So easy and foolproof. I love using it to make cornbread.

Tried using this to replace the eggs in a traditional chocolate chess pie recipe. Ugh. it exploded all over my oven. This must be good for something but I would NEVER use it for any type of custard pie again.

This is a wonderful product That I use in my small boutique bakery. I use it in lieu of eggs for clients who have allergies, or who are vegan, it even works if you need to use it as an egg white Replacer.

Egg Replacer-ruined my banana bread and my bread. Neither of them rose and they were hard as rocks. I wasted a lot of time and money. It did work for pancakes.

By far the best egg replacement I’ve found for baking and such. I don’t eat regular eggs, but my partner does, and he can’t tell the difference in any recipe I’ve tried so far.

Just tried the product because if the high cost of eggs-TERRIBLE results. I bake gf, and it was tested, tried and true recipe for bar cookies. Waste of money.

This product is okay but for my taste too salty. When I use it as suggested, I have lack luster results. If buying this, it is better to not follow directions.

I found out my daughter has an egg allergy when she was 11 months old, and I have used this product for baking ever since - 12 years now! Thank you for this egg replacer and please don't ever discontinue it!
