The absolute BEST egg replacer product out there. As a vegan for 13 years, I can not imagine baking without this product! Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer is an essential in my kitchen.

This makes converting recipes to vegan very easy. I use it in the banana oat muffin recipe found on the oat flour bag. My family cannot tell the difference.

One of our grand children is allergic to eggs. Saw this in our grocery store and figured we could try it Made our favorite Olive Oil Cranberry muffins and it worked just fine replacing 2 eggs. I'm sold!
