A nice kitchen staple to have on hand if you run out of eggs. It is also nice to use for those of us with dietary restrictions of less egg consumption. I have used it and am happy with the results in muffins, pancakes and more

This is the only vegan egg replacement I've come across that actually bakes like an egg, even in a bread machine. I combine it with gluten free flour, and the results are astounding.

This works great except for sugar cookies. We couldn't get the dough to bind together. For everything else it works great. You would think real eggs were used.

One of our grand children is allergic to eggs. Saw this in our grocery store and figured we could try it Made our favorite Olive Oil Cranberry muffins and it worked just fine replacing 2 eggs. I'm sold!

I stopped eating eggs months ago. I was using flax meal as a replacement but I find this to be a much better egg replacer. Undetectable!!! It’s amazing! I even use it for battered veggies!!

This makes converting recipes to vegan very easy. I use it in the banana oat muffin recipe found on the oat flour bag. My family cannot tell the difference.

Used this for cookies, as per the uses on the package. The recipe called for 1 egg, i followed the directions. Totally ruined them! They fell apart and tasted funny.
