I've been using this product for years as an egg substitute in baking. You'll never know that there isn't a real egg in your baked goods. Highly recommend.

This is better to use in recipes than eggs. I feel that it’s much more moist than eggs. Easy to use measurements are simple.

i have not tried it yet but after the purchase i found on line a great sub for eggs and oil baking ingredients Mayonnaise i did use it on red devil cake it was great moist and light the great grandkids loved everyone did so now i know . I heard of mayo being used in pancakes but never had a recipe how to use it properly until now on line and i am 79 yrs old. Never to late to learn .

Sorry I just cannot get use to the taste or texture of this egg replacer. Still looking at different options for baking.

Unfortunately when my box arrived there was powder everywhere on the outside and on the inside of the box because the bag was opened. After inspecting the bag I realize that it wasn’t properly sealed from the factory and so basically not safe to eat. And because Of the amount of spillage, it’s obvious that they knew when they packaged it into the shipping box that it was opened. I didn’t get to actually try the product so I can’t review on that end of it.
