Unfortunately when my box arrived there was powder everywhere on the outside and on the inside of the box because the bag was opened. After inspecting the bag I realize that it wasn’t properly sealed from the factory and so basically not safe to eat. And because Of the amount of spillage, it’s obvious that they knew when they packaged it into the shipping box that it was opened. I didn’t get to actually try the product so I can’t review on that end of it.

Not nearly as good as other competitors

I bought this to use for baking in the event that I don’t have fresh eggs on hand. Well, I just made cornbread with it and the cornbread came out flat, bland, and gritty.

Used to bake some corn bread over the weekend. Could not even tell that hadn't used the ol egg at all. love it and definitely will buy again and again.

Great backup when you can't get to the store because of Covid19. It has been a lifesaver as I love eggs. Able to have my "scrambled eggs" made in the microwave.

This stuff is terrible. I tried to make brownies using this and they came out like some kind of hard plastic. They looked great but where totally uneatable. I couldn't even cut them. The old bob's egg replacer worked great for brownies.

I've been using this in my cookie recipes as I like to eat the raw dough and didn't want to worry about raw egg consumption and salmonella. It works perfectly and I can't tell the difference between raw egg use when baking. It is far cheaper than real eggs and I love that it is safe for raw cookie dough consumption! My next venture is using it to make a cake and brownies.

I like the product. It gives the texture in baked goods as if you were using eggs. I taste no difference.

This product is somewhat disconcerting as it is difficult to get it combined well and obsorbed by the cake ingredients. More lessons in cooking.
