This product worked very well in a cake mix.

The ability to keep this product on hand for use in so many ways is very convenient. How many times do you find that your recipe calls for a certain number of eggs and when you check the egg carton in the refrigerator it doesn't have enough eggs? Now that "problem" is no longer a problem!

I use it to halve recipes. I have a donut recipe that yields a dozen donuts, but we don't need that many. The recipe uses 3 eggs. I use one egg and half of the ingredients of this egg replacer. My donuts came out perfect. I also used this for a homemade corn muffin recipe that uses three eggs. I have not used this product to totally replace eggs for my recipes yet. But I plan to continue to use this egg replacer in recipes - even with those that have an even number of eggs.

I use it as a thickener in pancakes, etc., and it works very well as that. I prefer it to another grain egg replacer because it doesn't use cellulose and it doesn't seem as artificial. It does not affect the taste of the final product. It just does the job I want it to do.

I ordered the Bob's Red Mill mix to make a Plant Based Banana bread. It turned out very well. I combined Bob's Red Mill Oat flour with Red's Barley flour and to my surprise it come out very well. The bread had a smooth texture and a great smell. Thank you.

I love having this in my freezer. When I want to make something but don't have eggs and don't want to go buy them this works in a jiffy. I really can't tell the difference in products made with it. I may change to this permanently. I don't eat many eggs and this is just easy to use and store.

I only use this egg replacer with a whole grain pancake mix that I love but doesn't get fluffy enough when mixed as directed. The package calls for adding only water or water and an egg. Neither makes the pancakes fluffy. Adding Bob's Red Mill egg replacer makes the pancakes *perfect*! It's like magic.
