These omega 3 fish oil softgels are a really great quality fish oil supplement. These have a very mild smell and aftertaste. Very easy to swallow and very easy to dose. I've been taking them for awhile with my other supplements in the morning. Not too much of an aftertaste, and the strength of this supplement is just right.

I've been hearing about the health benefits of Omega-3 for years now but figured I was sore out of luck due to my fish-free diet. I was wrong! The capsules aren't too big & are easy to take. I haven't had any fishy breath which is a HUGE plus! I've only been taking this supplement for around a week now & didn't expect to see any benefits until weeks-months after the initial start date. So far I've noticed my mood has been more "uppity" & I've been noticeably energetic, (I'm anemic, that's a rare occurrence for me) which I didn't even think omega-3 was capable of! I'm pleasantly surprised & will definitely stock up on these.

I've taken this fish oil for over a week and I love it so far. Sure, the pills are big but most fish oil pills are. These are slippery and go down easy with a big gulp of water.
