Fish oil is one of my staple supplements and I just had to try this one. I like that it is wild caught from a sustainable source. It’s a big plus that there is no strong odor as well! It’s a large size soft gel, so if you have trouble swallowing anything too big, this one might not be for you, but otherwise I really think it is comparable to others I’ve taken in size. It works for me.

I am not sure but I think this is really helping me with my mood swings. I am a person who get easily upset with anything happening around me esp before my menstruation comes. I bought this for my daughter but ended up we are sharing this. I have observed myself to be less irritant and I am not really sure If this is helping me, I have not searched and read yet but I will. As long as I am feeling good I will continue to use this.

Been taking the Omega for a couple weeks. These are so easy to swallow with just a little water. Also there is no aftertaste like I had with another brand. They are practically odorless which is a big plus therefore it doesn’t affect the breath. I am thrilled with this product because of my heart problems I have had.

I love this Sports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil. I like that each soft gel has 1250 mg of fish oil. I like that I really only need to take one soft gel per day. I also like that it is made from sustainable wild caught fish. The soft gels are easy to swallow as well.

When trying new products I like to do my research. What I noticed first about these softgels is that they are from wild Alaska pollock. Much better than most fish oil supplements. I also liked that they had almost double the amount of omega 3s compared to other products. This product just feels natural. No GMOs. No artificial coloring.
