This Omega 3 oil is a really good supplement to add to your daily vitamins. It’s made with wild caught fish and made with Non GMO ingredients. It’s free from many toxins because it is wild caught nature. And it’s gluten free so it works great for me. My husband really likes this as well because it doesn’t taste as fishy to him as some others. All in all I love that I get the perfect amount of omega 3 supplement in my diet when I take these supplements. And I feel safe giving it to my family.

I am used to taking fish oil as I have always had high cholesterol. This is a great product because it is concentrated. I get more benefit from these pills over the other ones I have tried. To compare, the other pills I took only had 300mg of Omega 3. These have 1040mg Omega 3! I have not noticed any kind of fishy taste with these pills. That is great because I used to have to take my fish oil at bedtime so I wouldn’t taste it but I can take these whenever is most convenient for me. I couldn't find much information regarding the size of these before I actually opened them. But, unfortunately, they were SO big I could barely swallow them. I know a lot of people have issues swallowing pills in general, but with these being SO HUGE I literally couldn't do it. I took one, with so much struggle, that it hurt after. It felt stuck in my throat for a while, which is extremely unpleasant. Sadly I can't rate any benefits due to the sheer gigantic-ness of these pills.

This is a great product. My husband tends to have bad joint pain from being a painter most of his life, and he says that it seems to be helping him.
