    Fish oil that helps

    Been using about a year. For those asking you get 690 mg of EPA and 260 mg to 310 mg of DHA (depending) Out of the 1250 mg total fish oil, this equals roughly 55% EPA and 21% to 25% DHA, or an overall combined EPA/DHA concentration of about 76% to 80% of the total softgel content.

    Top tier company

    Sports Research is a top of the line company that has third party testing and clean ingredients. I’ve been using there supplements for years and never had any adverse effects. Mind you I have an autoimmune disease and there products are one of the best. This is actually a fantastic price for a top tier product.
