I have a hard time eating seafood because I don’t like the smell and texture so this is a great way to take in fish oil and omega-3. The capsule is a little big but it’s easy enough to swallow. I’ve been taking it for a couple of months and have had no weird side effects, it doesn’t smell or taste fishy. Overall I love it!

All in all these are a very good fish oil. You only have to take one versus other brands that require multiple so that was a plus. I have never had issues taking vitamins but this one is a little large and might be an issue for some. Only a little problem with burping it up but I don’t burp a fishy taste so that is nice. Not a bad fish oil at all!

These fish oils are easy to take and so easy to go down. There is no aftertaste or burps. Honestly, once it is swallowed I don't think about it for the rest if the day. The dosing is only 1 capsule a day and the milligrams are what my doctor has recommended I take daily. It is not easy to find those milligrams in only 1 capsule. I take it every day with a meal and I experience no side effects. I appreciate the quality ingredients and I plan to continue use after my first bottle is gone.

These Omega 3 fish oil softgel capsules from sports research are pretty good. I normally am not a fan of the smell of fish oil capsules but these aren’t nearly as bad as some of the others I’ve had. I also like that the specific fish they used are named and I’m not sitting with a mystery on where the fish oils are from.

I’m not sure what can be said about omega 3 fish oil supplements besides they didn’t taste bad! Since I’m not a doctor and can’t run tests to see how they’ve helped, I can just say they are easy to take. That’s no small compliment either. I’ve bought fish oil supplements before that smell and taste disgusting, so I’m much more inclined to ACTUALLY take a supplement that does NOT make me sick! They were a bit large, but we’re still pretty easy to swallow.

I couldn't find much information regarding the size of these before I actually opened them. But, unfortunately, they were SO big I could barely swallow them. I know a lot of people have issues swallowing pills in general, but with these being SO HUGE I literally couldn't do it. I took one, with so much struggle, that it hurt after. It felt stuck in my throat for a while, which is extremely unpleasant. Sadly I can't rate any benefits due to the sheer gigantic-ness of these pills.

Finding a fish oil supplement that offers triple strength and no aftertaste is quite a task, but the Sports Research Omega 3 Fish Oil product does just that! As well, I look for the three main ingredients in all vitamins that I take: source, content, and testing. I was happy to see that the source of this supplement was from fish from Alaska, the content of DHA and EPA was balanced for higher efficacy, and the testing indicated safe levels of mercury. But the win for me was knowing I would benefit from the health options it provided to my cholesterol, and inflammation!

The omega-3 fish oil is a supplement that I take daily. I have tried other brands which have tasted and smell fishy. It makes me sick. So I kept looking and found these to try. I am very happy that I tried these. The vitamins are smaller and more manageable to take. No gagging from too large of a pill. With these supplements the smell is gone and that gross taste. I believe these are the best I have taken. I will definitely keep taking these and keep them as my daily regiment.

. It comes in the triglyceride form which is the superior one for absorption.I have taken fish oils daily for almost 3 years now, primarily for the health benefits of omega 3. There are many choices in the market and I have tried quite a few brands. What’s nice about these you only have to take one and there is no aftertaste or burping fish. I had to take these for a little while before I went to my Root Cause specialist.
