I just tried Sports Research - Omega-3 Fish Oil. Most everyone knows the benefits of Omega 3 for a healthy heart. I love the benefits of eating fish but, I do not eat enough so the oil is the next best thing. Now most Fish Oils you may have tried may come up on you, THIS FISH OIL DOES NOT. NO FISH BURPs, this is the most perfect fish oil I ever tried. My husband and I are super happy with it.

The Sport Research Omega 3 Fish Oil comes from sustainable and wild caught Alaskan Pollock. It’s also made with a fish gelatin soft gel and quality tested which is nice, because most companies are not as transparent or take into consideration what kind of gelatin can be used by all. I have been taking them for over a week now, without any issue, and consider these vitamins to be high quality. They do also have concentrated levels of Omega EPA and DHA, which can be beneficial for your health. Overall, I would definitely recommend for those who wish to use this supplement to boost their overall health and wellness.

Better quality at a price that you can afford. I like these fish oil pills because they have little to no taste and the best part I only have to take one a day instead of having to take several and still not getting the desired effects like some of the other brands. The Sports Research-Omega-3 Fish Oil appears to have a good quality ingredient deck. The packaging is good. The fish oil pill, however, is quite large, and because of that, I don't look forward to taking it. But, overall, it is an excellent quality product, and I overlook the large size of the pill because I know it's good for me.

Finding a fish oil supplement that offers triple strength and no aftertaste is quite a task, but the Sports Research Omega 3 Fish Oil product does just that! As well, I look for the three main ingredients in all vitamins that I take: source, content, and testing. I was happy to see that the source of this supplement was from fish from Alaska, the content of DHA and EPA was balanced for higher efficacy, and the testing indicated safe levels of mercury. But the win for me was knowing I would benefit from the health options it provided to my cholesterol, and inflammation!
