I been taking these for about 2 weeks now. So not really long enough to feel a change in anything. But I will say they don't give you that fishy after taste after taking them and they don't have the fishy smell as well their in a gel form so they are very easy to swallow. I take them after my lunch since its recommended to take with food. So if your looking for a fish oil pill that doesn't give you a fish taste or smell these or the ones for you. I do recommended this product.
