My doctor recently recommended that I start taking Omega 3's so this came just in time. I wish these came in a much smaller size, but seems that they're pretty much the typical size for Omega 3's. The soft gel does help it go down smoothly and i don't find it sticks to your mouth like other soft gel supplements I've taken in the past. Often a soon as your saliva moistens them they begin to stick, making them hard to swallow. They don't have an overwhelmingly fishy smell or odd taste or aftertaste, like I expected from what others told me of their experiences with Omega 3's containing fish oil. That is a definite plus. Until I can find something in a smaller form, I'll continue taking these regularly.

I can’t speek on whether t or not they are working because I’m not sure lol. Being honest. I’m in the early stages of taking these. However, I used to take fish oil in the past and man I used to get a horrible after taste. These do not have that effect on me…thankfully. They go down easily. So far so good. Recommended.

I try to keep fish oil tabs in my husband's health arsenal (ie vitamins and supplements) and these are our favorite so far. They don't have fishy burps if taken with food and we haven't noticed any sort of upset with these either. The quality is what you'd expect from Sports research, couldn't be more satisfied.

Got these couper days ago aswell as couple other products and just like the others this brand amazes me! Didn’t think much of these untill I put them to the test and wow! Unlike other brands you can not taste the Fish oils which is a huge plus! No scent aswell which helps with the whole swallowing! Highly recommend

This fish oil is in triglyceride form which is the superior one for absorption. It does not taste fishy. The pill is big and a little hard to swallow. I feel like it has helped my inflammation in my knee. My eye doctor also said it was good for my eye health. I highly recommend this product.

I revived this product , have been taken it on the daily bases which is great for my workout regime. All down fall is when you take them you tend to fill like throwing up after the fact and as well you get a fishy after taste when burping which is no no for me

Great quality. I have used omega-3 fish oils in the past, but this one is top-notch. I know of the benefits of omega-3s for joints, brain function and overall health, but I started feeling relief in my joints almost immediately after taking these. My joints felt more lubricated and less in pain. I have compared the different levels of EPA and DHA to other fish oil pills and these are much higher. I love how they are third-party tested and how you only have to take one pill compared to two for the same potency. I highly recommend them and no fishy aftertaste!

The main thing I like about this product is that it doesn't have a fishy smell or after taste. They seem a little large, but are very easy to swallow. I feel safe taking these because of the quality and list of ingredients used. I also like that I only have to take one per day to get what I need from them.

Great product so far ! Absolutely no weird taste or burps after taking these, which is a HUGE plus ! Also I like that it is only 1 a day (for my needs) since it’s already hard enough to remember one let alone if I had to take it multiple times a day. I have been taking them for about a month, so far it’s hard to tell a major difference but overall my body does feel better!
