I have been taking these and it has been going well. They don’t have a strong fishy taste to them which is a plus. I don’t eat a lot of fish because I don’t like the taste, so this is giving me the benefits that I need without having to eat the fish.

This is an amazing quality fish oil supplement. My husband's doctor recommended he take fish oil. This brand was highly recommended so he decided to try it. He is feeling great! These pills are so awesome and of the best quality. I would recommend these to anyone who needs more omega!

I've been hearing about the health benefits of Omega-3 for years now but figured I was sore out of luck due to my fish-free diet. I was wrong! The capsules aren't too big & are easy to take. I haven't had any fishy breath which is a HUGE plus! I've only been taking this supplement for around a week now & didn't expect to see any benefits until weeks-months after the initial start date. So far I've noticed my mood has been more "uppity" & I've been noticeably energetic, (I'm anemic, that's a rare occurrence for me) which I didn't even think omega-3 was capable of! I'm pleasantly surprised & will definitely stock up on these.

This is a good quality fish oil, isn't gross or rancid like some out there. Many manufacturers don't use quality products and you can tell from the smell and it'll make me sick but this one doesn't smell and doesn't make my stomach upset either. I can't really speak on it's effectiveness, as with any supplements you just kinda take them religiously and hope they do what they're supposed to since you don't notice anything. But it does seem to be a quality product so I'm sure it's worth the money for fish oil.

So I have been using this for a little while and I have taken it as directed on the bottle. I haven't had much difference in the benefits yet because I just started using it. After some more time I will update. The smell is not too strong so that was a plusher me, it does smell like fish as it should since it is derived from fish but you can take the smell. It doesn't leave any after taste either smell on your breath after taking it. The size of the soft gels is average like most other fish oil soft gels, so it is very easy to swallow with some water or any other drink.

Our family use omega-3 supplements regularly, and most fish oil capsules always leave us burping up a fish taste. These however, do not! I love the triple strength in one capsule, too. I wish the omegas were sourced from salmon instead of Alaskan pollock, but omegas are omegas I suppose.

I do love this! It's super easy to take and I love being able to get extra omega 3s. They're actually very large pills but they're very easy to swallow! I will add though, they are very strong (which is great health wise) but it did give me slight indigestion with that fishy taste. It's not horrible but if that's a problem for you, keep that in mind.

The supplements are great. The only issues I’m having is the fact that the shipping is horrendous. It takes way too long for the subscriptions to come in. They never line up at all. I’m usually done and end up waiting upwards of two weeks for the next batch to come in. That’s really my only gripe!
