There are a few things that I look for when choosing a fish oil.  SR's Triple Strength Omega -3 Fish Oil meets and exceeds all of my requirements.  They only source sustainable (certified MSC),  wild-caught, cold water fish.  They have a 5-star rating from IFOS.  IFOS stands for 'International Fish Oil Standards'. The IFOS Program is the only 3rd party testing/certification program for fish oils, and sets the world's highest standards for potency, purity and freshness.  You only have to take one capsule.  It contains high potency omega 3s with a nice balance of EPA and DHA.  As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they use fish oil gelatin over beef gelatin.  Also, I appreciate that they use Non-GMO ingredients.  It's great that  their fish oils are advanced molecularly distilled and purified, so I don't need to worry about mercury and other toxins.  The contents of the capsule look clear and clean.  Finally, one of the most important things that I look for in a fish oil, is the taste/after taste and smell.  I also want a fish oil that I'm not burping up fish oil taste a while after taking it. These fish oils have no taste, no after taste, no fishy smell, and I have not burped up fish oil taste at all.   I've been taking these fish oils daily for a few weeks now, and I'm sold!  These are the best I've taken so far!!!

I was hesitant to try this because of what I’ve heard about “burping up fish taste”. I hate all things fish, but fish oil is good for the body. Well let me tell you there is NO flavor. The capsules go down smooth and I don’t taste fish at all. Bonus side effect, coincidence or not, my knee pain isn’t as bad. Stairs aren’t quite as daunting.

This fish oil is awesome. It provides 690 mg of omega-3’s which is very concentrated level of omega-3’s. Also, it provides 260 mg of DHA in each softgel. These softgels are very easy to swallow and easy to digest. I haven’t had any issues with digestion after consuming several gels with the food. The softgels have nice taste, so it is not so disgusting as I used to have with other brands. I am very sensitive to the smell and taste. I can be very nauseous to the ingredients. This fish oil doesn’t have disgusting taste at all. There are only benefits. Lots of benefits!

I have tried many different types of fish oil supplements, as I've wanted the benefits but can't handle the fishy after taste in most. These pills are easy to take and there is no fishy after taste! They are sourced with high quality ingredients, which is a bonus.

I've been taking this Omega 3 for just a month while training for a marathon. Compared with other supplements, I have never felt weird or dizzy, and my cholesterol and triglyceride levels look perfect! I'm waiting at least 6 months to check the real results.

I don’t bake fish. I often forget that I should be eating a well balanced diet that has some fish, so I take this supplement to balance my overall diet. They are a bigger capsule than I would prefer but it’s ok. I just need to remember to drink a lot of water after swallowing it. My husband also takes a fish oil supplement, but ran out of his usual brand. He says he will probably buy these to replace the other brand because he never noticed any smell and it didn’t cause him to belch.

Can't really tell after a week or two if product is working. That being said, the product seems OK. There is no nasty taste during or after taking - no stomach discomfort. Like all fish oil pills, these are too large for me - I wish companies would make pills half the size and then make recommended dose 2 capsules.

You can’t ask for more with the ingredients in this omega-3 fish oil. I love the fact that this is made from sustainable fish, gluten-free, cGMP, and third-party Quality tested. This is also pescatarian friendly. When I see other ingredients say fish gelatin, tilapia…sourced… I’ve never eaten this fish, so I don’t like this. Tilapia fish is a no-no for me. Nevertheless, this is a good supplement without any aftertaste…minus the tilapia for me. Other people might not have this problem, but I don’t like this fish.

One of the hardest things about fish oil is the fish burps! I don’t know what it is that makes so many people burp but ugh! This pill was easy to swallow and no after taste or burps. It is quite large but smooth and not sticky like some supplement capsules are.
