Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil is a quality product that only needs to be taken once a day, preferably with food . One softgel equals three standard-sized fish oil softgels. Because of that, they are larger and more difficult for me to swallow. There was no smell when I opened the bottle, nor did they create a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t have a problem with stomach upset or burping, which is good. Each softgel contains 1250 mg of wild Alaska pollock fish oil concentrate and a total of 1040 mg of omega-3 fatty acid. If you do not have a problem swallowing large capsules, then I do recommend them for their health benefits and the fact that it’s a once-a-day dose.

I loved the bottle being black, slick design pop top, and simple. The quantity also seemed great to competitors. The big fish surprise was the size of the capsule and very full. I haven't detected any issues being on these about a week now. No after taste, poor reaction, or other unappealing reactions. Greatness and I have been taking one after dinner daily thus far. I could recommend these. Again,smart packaging.

I'm being taking this pill for over 3 years now and first month I started to feel the difference between other brands. But I' don't know if this is good for kids 10+ they have taken this every other day and they haven't show any side effects from it but I'm not sure if it's ok for them to take them

This is a fairly large capsule and sometimes a bit hard to go down easily, however I would much rather take this than 3 or 4 of another brand to get the same effect. It is concentrated so you can take one pill. Not that it affects the product itself, but I also like the look of the bottle it comes in. The blue on black appeals to me for whatever reason.

I can’t say that I’ve noticed any changes in my health or body since taking these, but I also don’t know what you’re really supposed to be able to notice from fish oil. It is really nice to only have to take one and get big dose and it doesn’t smell fishy. (People say that’s sometimes an issue with fish oil, but I’ve noticed it before.)

I have been taking these since they came in the mail. They go down easily. There is no bad taste when taking them, and there is no after taste. Sometimes when you take Fish Oil, and you burp, there is a bad taste, with these, there is no burp or that taste. I enjoy taking these so far.

My first impressions of the Sports Research Triple Strength Omega-3 Fish Oil vitamins was that it is a high quality product because of the packaging. A lot of vitamins skip out on having an exterior seal and the exterior seal made an impression on me.  That being said,  I had issues with the writing and color choice for the packaging label. The white writing against the black background made it difficult to read the instructions. I had to use a flashlight to read through all the packaging information. I liked that only one softgel is needed daily. I have a hard time taking pills, especially fish oil, but this went down just fine and I had no issues getting it through my throat. It had the usual odor that comes with fish oil, but it wasn't as strong as other fish oils I have tried in the past. I would definitely recommend this.

Usually, fish oil tablets smell and/or taste fishy. I haven't noticed a bad taste or smell with these. I hear they are good for your heart, so I will continue to take these. I also don't get an aftertaste and the taste doesn't come back to haunt me later. Good product!

I started taking fish oil because my doctor recommended it for body inflammation. I’ve tried so many varieties, some hood and some bad. Either they taste awful, or give me fishy burps. I’ve been taking this one for a bit now, and thankfully have had none of those negative things. While they are large like most kinds, the taste is completely neutral so it’s easy to get down. There’s no fishy after effects, and so far nothing negative to say at all. But the best part? I only need to take 1 per day! Very pleased with it, and l I’m happy to continue taking these.
