I got these a few weeks ago and I love them. I take 1 a day and I feel like my skin is becoming softer. The omega Fish oil doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth and it doesn't even have an after taste. If you take fish oil I would highly recommend on switching to these. They are super strong and they work.

I compared the amount of Omega 3 in these to other brands and these have a lot more per serving. I also like that they contain omega 3 form more than just Salmon. I haven't noticed any difference in the way I feel but I feel good knowing I'm getting enough Omega 3 in my diet. The thing I didn't like about them is that they are huge. I think being a gel tablet helps to sallow them and I didn't have to much trouble, but my husband does. I didn't notice any fishy taste so that was a plus also.

I have tried numerous brands of omega-3 fish oils but they all had a fishy aftertaste. Even at eating a meal first. I have been taking these for several days and have not had any fishy aftertaste at all. I love that it made with sustainable practices and is also certified.

These honestly did not make much of an effect on anything and i was sadly disappointed. It is a health supplement that i wanted to try for heart and lung health. It has a really odd smell that lingers and seems to even seep out pores in your body when you stop taking it. Perhaps this was too much of a supplement for me.

Since this item is triple strength I worried the pills would be too big to swallow easily but they weren't. They are large though like similar products. They don't smell or taste bad which is a plus. Did they help though? Idk. Not really sure how this would be measured since they are good for many things. I have bad arthritis in my hip and they maybe helped a little.

I simply do not like when I purchase vitamins and the daily dosage is for example 3 capsules to get the daily recommended allowance. I loved the bottle being black, slick design pop top, and simple. The quantity also seemed great to competitors. The big fish surprise was the size of the capsule and very full. I haven't detected any issues being on these about a week now. No after taste, poor reaction, or other unappealing reactions. Greatness and I have been taking one after dinner daily thus far. I could recommend these. Again,smart packaging.

I'm not sure why supplements/vitamins need to be so large but these were definitely too big. Hopefully soon they will come up with an effective product in an easier to swallow form. I also am not a fan of the fishy after taste when it makes me belch.
