My wife and I have been taking Omega-3's for a while now and the problem we both do not like is you have to take 2-3 LARGE pills everyday. I'm so happy to have found Sports research fish oil as you only have to take ONE pill a day! They aren't super large and easy to swallow. I have a very sensitive stomach and I can take these without food and have no issues. These also have zero after taste for me. Overall this is a great choice for getting extra Omega-3's into your diet. Just taking one pill a day is easy and a no-brainer!

One pill is great but more so, this really helps with my back pain. It was a weird thing for me to put together but the level of pain I have from my disc herniation is hugely affected by my omega 3s. For example, I recently ran out of sr omega 3 and while I knew I’d order them again, I wasn’t in any rush. I have been down and out with inflammatory disc pain for the last six days. And then I remembered this happened the last time I ran out of omega 3 for any extended amount of time. TG my omega 3s arrived today. I’ve been trying to ease the pain with more ibuprofen than I feel comfortable taking.

I recently decided to attempt to be healthier so I received this product to try. I had a friend who used to take fish oil and she swore by them. The only thing I noticed while taking this was that I wasn't in as much joint pain but I think that it is on a case by case basis.

I'm really happy with this product. I love the fact that rather than taking three smaller capsules, its comined into one larger pill. Along with that, the capsule is very smooth so it goes down easy when swallowing. There also isn't a taste that I noticed with make the supplement even better in my mind!

I have not had to take many pills in my life. These, by far, are the largest. I was surprised to see them, and worried. The first day I just swigged them down and it felt like one was stuck in my throat. So I went to the internet and asked for advice, and I guess for pills you lean your head back, and for capsules you lean your head forward, but it was all based on self reporting--no real, like hard science. So the next day I really over thought it, then I ended up spitting the pill back onto the counter. It's OK, I took a deep breath and put it back in my mouth and swallowed it quickly. Don't worry, the table was CLEAN!!!

I have been taking this fish oil for over a couple of weeks now and so far so good. They are easy to take and they seem to be doing better for me than the other fish oils that I have taken. I will definitely be buying more of these omega-3 fish oil capsules as soon as I run out of the ones I have.

I've been taking these for a week now and really enjoy them there is no fish scent and I don't burp up any fish scent They are a soft gel pill, they are large in size but I have no issue swallowing them. You only take 1 a day and this is a very large bottle that will last so its a great value

I wanted to wait a while before posting a review so that I could make a fair evaluation. It's difficult to make claims that they are a miracle cure as everyone is different but I can say that for me they absolutely work. After trying several different ones these are the ones I will continue with. I really do feel better. Arthritis is a lot easier, digestion and regularity better. Over all the benefits of taking one capsule a day (which is a little big but a large swallow of water and it slips down easily and no horrid after taste) have been amazing. I also feel better in myself. I move around quicker and I have more energy. These are definitely the ones to get.

I have switched all my supplements to sports research products. All of their products do what they say they will. I feel healthier and just overall better after switching to their products. I will say this fish oil one does not taste great but what fish oil does.
