If you have ever taken a fish oil pill/supplement, you know right off that it leaves the most terrible taste in your mouth after take it! These offer absoutely little to no taste! There is so many great things about these, but that is hands down my favorite! They are made from wild caught fish, and offer 3x the EPA/DHA in 1 softgel! They are also highly concentrated!! I love the quality that it gives and that it takes less than others normally do!

I like the idea of the high concentration levels and the fact that one capsule will provide my omega 3 nutritional needs.
