These are a rather large soft gel and not easy for me to swallow. I have trouble with larger pills but I can get these down. These are triple strength. They don't have that awful fishy smell either. No smell or after taste. No fishy burps either. I really like they are made from sustainable  wild caught fish. That it important to me. I started taking these for heart health as well as the other health benefits they offer. I really feel this is a premium brand and I have no doubts about the quality of the product. I feel very comfortable knowing I'm getting exactly what they say. If you on the fence about a fish oil I highly recommend this.

Omega -3 fish oil is great for my son. My 6 year old son is diagnosed with ADHD and I was told that fish oil and Omega 3 are great supplements that help with concentration and helping the body. He takes these every morning with other supplements and it helps him so much. I have even started taking them as well. Great product and easy to take. The pill size isn't so big so we don't have any trouble swallowing them. Love that it's not fishy tasting at all. Definitely great product

This has a high level of EPA and DHA and has been 3rd party tested, which is important when you choose a fish oil product. What I love about it is that it is triple strength, you only have to take 1 pill instead of 3 pills during the day! Most adults have had the Doctor instruct them to take 3 pills throughout the day, many times that doesn't happen! I know my husband and I are guilty of this. This will make it much easier when we go on vacation as we don't have to take a large bottle of fish oil with us. These pills are easy to swallow, with no fishy aftertaste!

I don’t use these for the norma reason. I have a 13 year old dog who suffers from skin allergies. I’ve tried a lot of products for her; but this product has been great. We use these capsules on her food to try and relieve itchy, dry skin which results in a typical “old dog smell.” These have been amazing for her! She’s been much less itchy and compared to other fish oil capsules these have worked much better. We will be purchasing again!

I really wanted this Omega 3 fish oil to work with my aching joints and perhaps my expectations were too high. I have not noticed any improvements and as a matter of fact they stink and fish burps are the worst not to mention the upset stomach they caused. I'm just gonna have to add more of the natural Omega 3's to my diet.

Sports Research is a highly reputable company, and all of its products are backed by a third party for quality testing. With that said, I recently had blood work done after taking these for five weeks, my triglycerides have been reduced significantly!! Also, they support cardiovascular health, brain function and my immune system. They also can help prevent heart disease and stroke. And there is no fishy after taste. I am so happy to add these to my daily health routine!

I like to supplement my diet with omega-3. These pills are easy to swallow. They seem to be working overall. I', just a bit threw off by non-clear whitey membranes. I like my fat-based pills to be clear and see-through. These are yellow-ish but not see-through.

Fish oil is my #1 supplement, it helps with so many different aspects of health. I take this in the evening after dinner, and experience NO fishy taste or aftertaste. An important element in purchasing a fish oil supplement is not the total amount of fish oil, but rather the levels of EPA/DHA. Just one of these softgels contains more EPA/DHA than 3-4 softgels from other brands, so is truly high-strength. Consistency is key, and adding this supplement to your daily regiment has tremendous health benefits and I highly recommend them :)

The Omega-3 fish oil comes in an easy to take even though by looking at them they are pretty big i would say is the only downside.I was able to get these down with no aftertaste. I have acute pain and i will continue to take these to continue pain reduction. I would recommend this product.

These omega-3 fish oil capsules from Sports Research are very good quality, but they are massive. First the quality - they are nonGMO, cGMP compliant, and they are third party quality tested. These are all definitely things I'd like to see in a supplement. They also have a good amount of Omega 3s. There is no fishy aftertaste from taking them, which I haven't found in another fish oil supplement so far. But, even though the capsule is very smooth, the pill is massive. I occasionally have trouble swallowing pills, and this one did give me some issues. I know part of the selling point send to be you only have to take one pill, but it would be easy easier for me if this was split into two slightly smaller oils. Still, very good quality supplement so I'm not unhappy with them.
