It is hard to find good omega-3 vitamins nowadays. Most of the time the pills are huge and leave a fishy taste in your mouth for a few hours after if you do not eat anything. The pills are easy to swallow and I have not noticed any fishy taste even if I take them on an empty stomach. It is hard to get enough omega-3s in my diet so it feels crucial to supplement with vitamins. Would buy again!

First thing I'd like to say is.. Wow! It doesn't taste fishy and that's awesome! It doesnt smell overly fishy which is even more awesome. It's a big bottle too! I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now and so far I like. Even my doctor likes them

This fish oil is wild -caught alaska pollock.It is very heart healthy.This fish oil also helps with joint flexabilty.All you need is one softgel daily with food.The softgel is quite large and may be hard to swallow for some people.I did not notice any fish oil taste after taking the softgel.It is quality tested and 5 star certified fish oil.

I struggled to find a fish oil supplement that didn’t leave an aftertaste and this one truly did not. The capsules themselves were not big. They are actually really easy to swallow and I didn’t have any issues with my stomach being upset in anyway after taking them either. I am super happy that there are 180 in the bottle meaning I don’t have to run to the store every month, this bottle is going to last six months. I definitely recommend to anybody that has trouble taking their supplements because of pill size and to those that do not want to deal with any kind of aftertaste.
