Like every 50 year old. My doctor recommended taking multivitamin and Fish oil. The omega-3 fish oil pill is a very large pill. However I found it easy to swallow with its soft gel coating. Unlike other fish oil pills this one did not have a fish smell. I would recommend omega-3 fish oil.

This is a great product. Ingredients are top notch, and it has Omega 3 which is a plus. I am very pleased with the effectivness of the product and the quality ingredients. Have taken Fish oil for some time and expect this to be superior to my last product

I think these are pretty good compared to other fish oil capsules. They are still a little big when swallowing, which seems to happen with a lot of fish oil capsules in multiple brands I've tried. The flavor wasn't too strong, but there was a little bit of that fishy aftertaste.

But this one is terrific, it's the best part, no fishy smell, soft gel is easy to swallow. I'm taking the supplement every morning after breakfast to avoid upset stomach. The soft gel is not too big and when I first opened the bottle, it didn't smell fishy at all. Some other brands that I tried before, it has either the fishy smell or some weird smell that I cannot take it. The label is very great in details, it also states how many mg of Omega-3 and total fish oil contains in each soft gel. I love quality products that do not have GMO, gluten. This fish oil supplement is easy to swallow in gel cap form. It provides you with the daily Omegas that you need for healthy heart and brain function. One thing I have noticed is that when I work out hard and sweat a lot there is a slight fishy smell to my sweat. Other than that the supplement seems to be good quality.

These are truly triple strength! My regular fish oil is 1200mg and 360mg of Omega 3. This SR fish oil is 1250 mg and 1040 mg of Omega 3. Might as well take the stronger one for better effect. In addition, this is made from sustainable wild caught fish whereas my regular brand has no mention of where it’s from.

Wow, I absolutely love taking these Omega-3 fish oil soft gels! I only have to take one opposed to three standard fish oil soft gels! The fact that they are sustainable wild caught from cold water, wild caught Alaskan Pollock and gluten-free makes these even better in my eyes! These are extremely effective!

Was looking for a new fish oil since the one I previous used started to make me sick. I came across this and decided to try it. The pill is rather large so if you have problems swallowing like I do this will be an issue. After several attempts it finally went down. It is gel coated so that helps and there is no fishy smell or aftertaste so that is a plus.

I tried numerous fish oil pills to find one that would not make me burp up fish taste all day and could not find one until this one came along. I cannot express how great it is to take these pills once a day and know I am giving the body what I need without having a bad taste all day. I think if you're looking for a great alternative to what your taking, I would give these a try.

I was really surprised taking this no fishy after taste like some fish oil has ... Very easy to swallow too which is good too... This product is amazing very easy to take no aftertaste plus it's good for you too....Would definitely recommend to friends and family on these.....
