I have been a fan of the Delonghi Dedica for nearly 10 years. Easy to use and my morning cappuccino is perfect and made to my spec’s rather than depending upon a barista in a coffee shop. And, by comparison it is also an efficient and cost effective method for my morning brew. The only downside I have found is that the units last about 2.5 to 3 years. The heating element seems to just die, rather than slowly going bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso maker has all the features you need and is a very slim machine. It makes single and double espressos and has a decent frothing arm. Comes with some nice accessories. You need to store them separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an upgrade from our stove top espresso maker. It is small and does not take up a lot of counter space which is nice. It looks nice and matches my appliances. The quality so far after having it a week had been great. You have multiple options for strength and the frothy is nice. The only one thing that is a drawback is that it is really loud and I can hear it from upstairs. Now that is ot a big deal for me since it is a short run, but something to know. Overall I am super happy with it and have put away my stovetop espresso maker for good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced another name brand espresso machine that I was previously using. This is more user friendly, streamlined and easy to operate. The sleek design compliments any counter or coffee bar set up. I love that it doesn’t clutter up my counter space as it’s about 6-8 inches wide, stainless steel professional grade. It’s great for both large & smaller latte brews. This machine will bring out your inner barista.

I bought my second one 6 months ago and is already broken and it broke just like the previous one, this coffeemaker have serious leak issues. Out of nowhere it stopped brewing and you can hear the vapor leaking inside. I’m very disappointed with this machine.

I've had this product for several years, making between 3 and 5 lattes or Americanos every day, and it performs like a champ. The rubber bushing around the steam wand has split, but that's about the extent of wear and tear. The fully automated machines make it hard to switch between half-caffe (for my wife) and full strength (for me), so I like the do-it-yourself version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our regular brew pot with this machine and the quality of coffee is unmatched. This brews fantastic espresso every time. The machine is easy to use and doesn’t take up much room on our counter. I would highly recommend this to all coffee fanatics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love espresso coffees and have been looking for the best one to fit my style, and I have found it! This machine is the absolute best espresso machine I have ever used. It does take a couple tries to get everything down pat but once you do, you won't regret it! Has a wonderful rich flavor as you would expect from an espresso machine. You do want to buy the correct grind for it otherwise it won't work as well. I have been so used to just using K-cups for the last few years and thankfully this does allow for K-cup use!! Huge plus for me... I don't think I could ever go back to using a regular coffee maker again...so in love with this product!
