When I need a quick pick me up and extra protein. These are perfect. I also use them to make dinner meals (I have recipes I can share) and they are awesome in the air fryer. There will be no leftovers from lunch after my family of 4 finished the bag (it says there are 5 servings however us 4 finished the bag at once). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the nuggets. Just takes 20 minutes and you have hot and crispy nuggets. You can reheat them, they are still good!

Whether you are on the go or just need a few pieces of chicken to add to a salad, these low carb nuggets do not skimp on flavor :) The zip lock top makes it easy to grab a few pieces at a time, which is hard because I could eat the whole bag.
