It's also nice that my son and his girlfriend like them too, so they actually get eaten. They still taste like good quality chicken nuggets, not like a “diet” version. I mostly use them for wraps, but they're also good dipped in sauce or added to salads.

He's diabetic and I have a severe and deathly allergy to wheat, gluten and mold, and having a product that's normal for an allergy that's anything but normal legit feels me with so much joy!! We learned a trick of either deep or shallow frying to help crispify them, but so amazing and the flavor is top notch!!

You would honestly never guess that they are packed with protein and virtually carb-free. They aren't crispy at all. I made them in the air fryer and they didn't even crisp. I took one bite and it tasted overly salted and unflavored.

I only issue is the texture is a little spongy so the rest of my family did not like it. There's not much that comes in the bag, but the packaging is very easy to open and seal back up.
