I made them in the air fryer then cut up for a salad and also baked in the oven as an entrée. I actually preferred the crispness of the breading I got from the air fryer. Easy to cook and had a fresh taste. Will try these again.

I love all things chicken nuggets, and the fact that these are low-carb, lightly breaded, with chickpea flour and easy to make make these staple for my meals. Cooking these is extremely easy in either the oven or the air fryer, and the results tasted great both ways. For a full meal, I had a few vegetable vegetables, and I am completely satisfied, and feel great after eating. These chicken nuggets are extremely tender and juicy, while still having a crispy exterior; which is surprising considering they are gluten free and only lightly breaded. Seriously, these are addicting!

I cooked the chicken nuggets in the air fryer as directed and they came out perfect. The texture of the chicken was very well breaded and they were not overly greasy with is a plus! They don't taste like that fast food chain like some say but these are pretty close. They smell delicious while cooking. The coating is real light and crispy, not heavy at all. Seasoned just right not overpowering. Natural ingredients we all want in our food. The one down fall is the occasional fatty pieces that aren't pleasant to bite, I use a fork and knife to avoid that because this product is really good otherwise. Packaging pops on shelf easy to open and seal back up!
