They're perfect for a quick snack, or nutritious and tasty meal any time of day that's packed with protein and low in carbs! Unlike most breaded chicken items that are breaded in processed flours and grains, ours are breaded in grain-free chickpea flour, seasonings, and whey protein! Only 4g net carbs, 23g protein and 1g of sugar per serving! Made with real, simple ingredients: Chicken Breast, Egg, and Seasonings.

Cooking Instructions

Air Fryer (Preferred)

1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F. Place 15-17 frozen chunks in the basket ensuring they are not overlapping. 

2. Cook for 12 minutes flipping halfway through for even cooking (optional) or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

3. Let cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!  

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 

2. Place 17-19 frozen chunks on an oven-safe pan on center rack ensuring they are not overlapping. 

3. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

4. Let cool for 1 minute. Enjoy!
