I am trying to increase my protein and these are great especially for days where I feel lazy about cooking. The best part is that they are healthy so we all can eat them. Understanding it's keto and the breading was likely affected, I airfried them and they tasted a little sand-like? Less crisp? Not sure how to describe it but it was unexpected. The bag also consisted of some VERY large pieces and VERY small so some were overbaked in the heating process. Overall taste of chicken was good.

He air fried these juicy nuggets and then placed sauce, mozzarella and placed them in the air fryer again. Gluten free! Absolutely delicious. This recipe is on our weekly rotation!

A great amount of chicken to breading, but you CAN definitely taste that the breading is chickpea, and therefore a bit grainy, so it can be a downside, but for the adults, it was a pretty small issue!
