Let's start with what I actually loved. I cooked these in the air fryer, and they came out perfect. The texture is spot-on! Not too crunchy and no weird fatty bits. It was very flavorful, and the chicken chunks are nice, big and surprisingly fresh! I threw them into a simple chicken and cheese wrap, and it was delicious! Now for the bad. The SHRINKFLATION is real. The bag is 90% air - I'm not even exaggerating. The chicken barely filled 1/4 of it - see pic. I checked other bags in the freezer aisle thinking mine was a fluke. Nope. They all felt the same. For the price, that's frustrating. That's why I'm knocking off a star. All in all, the chicken itself is honestly great - tasty, healthy, and easy to make. But the packaging is such a letdown. Please either make the bag smaller or add more chicken!

These come in a sturdy plastic bag which is easily resealable. The directions are clearly written and easy to follow. Preparation with simple- start to finish it took me less than 20 minutes. These chicken nuggets came out of the oven crispy and delicious. These flavor and texture were perfect. My kids enjoyed them too! I love that these are made with quality ingredients and nothing artificial. They are relatively healthy, high in protein, and low in carbs. I will definitely be seeking these out again the next time that i need an easy healthy delicious meal. My only complaint is that the pieces where very inconsistent sizes, which made cooking them difficult. There were very large pieces and then some “popcorn” sized pieces which were quite overdone. I made them in the air fryer as suggested on the bag and the results were as expected — crunchy, while still juicy on the inside, and cleanup was a breeze. I would definitely re-purchase these and add them to my lineup of quick and easy meals. I like knowing that they are low-carb, but my kids didn't notice a difference, which is a win!

There were also a few tough, fatty pieces, which kind of threw me off. Light breading, it's still good overall, just not amazing.
