It did release a bit of grease onto the wax paper. You can bake them in the oven for a healthier option. The directions say to air fry at 400F for 12 minutes, but I personally left mine in for 18 minutes and they came out amazing. The outside is crispy and inside is still tender. It also feels good eating things that you know aren't overly processed. Ingredients are simple and clean. I also found one portion to keep me perfectly satiated. Overall, a big fan of these!

The coating is a little difficult to get used to as it isn't very crunchy, but the chicken itself is high quality and tastes like a restaurant chicken. I don't think there are a lot of pieces in a bag though which makes it difficult to justify the price. Very easy to make in the air fryer.

And we loved that they're gluten-free and grain-free, but taste like Chick Fil A nuggets. They were so easy to prepare - we just popped them in our air fryer, but you can also cook them in an oven. The packaging was easy to reseal if you have any leftovers. We will be repurchasing these!
