As someone who can use the calories, it isn't the biggest problem for me, but I can see how others may be affected. Nevertheless, love putting these in the air fryer and they're so good!

Super easy to make (I used the oven, 22 minutes at 400° but you can use an air fryer too) and they come out tender and tasty. I feel confident in the brand having clean ingredients and being a healthier alternative to going out and getting chicken nuggets. I chopped up a few pieces of chicken and added it to a bowl with some cottage cheese, sweet potato, avocado, and tomatoes, with a a drizzle of hot honey (recipe inspo from TikTok) and it was delicious.

Whether you are on the go or just need a few pieces of chicken to add to a salad, these low carb nuggets do not skimp on flavor :) The zip lock top makes it easy to grab a few pieces at a time, which is hard because I could eat the whole bag.

He air fried these juicy nuggets and then placed sauce, mozzarella and placed them in the air fryer again. Gluten free! Absolutely delicious. This recipe is on our weekly rotation!

They are not overly seasoned nore over breaded. They have that typical fried chicken taste. They are surprisingly big nuggets compared to others. You can tell it is real chicken as well, not ground mystery meat shaped into a nugget. Overall they are a good quality and good tasting but nothing make them stand out to me in the nugget world.

The flavor is delicious, and the breading comes out crispy and perfect, especially in the air fryer. It's hard to believe they're actually a healthier choice because they taste so good. Out of all the low-carb chicken products I've tried, these are definitely one of my favorites.
