The texture is a light crunch on the outside and they are nice and juicy on the inside. I love that they are low carb and that I can buy a decent sized bag of them. Real Good Foods Low Carb Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets are wonderful because they definitely are more chicken than breading, unlike most chicken nuggets out there. First of all, I was very impressed with the packaging stating 23g of Protein and only 3g of Net carbs per serving! The fact that the chicken is gluten free, grain free, has no added hormones and contains nothing artificial is a huge plus! I opted for cooking the nuggets in an air fryer however, there is also an option to cook them in the microwave, It was very easy to cook and I prepared the most delicious popular mock chicken sandwiches from one of those big name popular establishments and they tasted just as good …..if not better! This Realgood Chicken will definitely be added to my rotation of meals.
