[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our families first time trying any product by Real Good Foods. When first trying to open the bag of Real Good Food Frozen Chicken Nuggets it didn’t want to open after the top ripped off. This may or may not have been my own fault so I did use the scissors to open the bag. Then poured the bag of frozen chicken nuggets onto a pan. It was a good bit of breading in the bag along with the nuggets. I was rather disappointment it wasn’t a few more nuggets in the bag. They did range in different sizes of nuggets. This makes it where you have to adjust your cooking time so you aren’t burning some while under cooking the others on the pan. These weren’t bad but not great either, the flavor was a bit off for me and a kind of weird texture to them, probably better than some of the frozen chicken nuggets on the market. However I wouldn’t personally purchase them again.

The smaller pieces definitely were better than the bigger pieces since they had more breading and flavor and were a little more crispy but in general they were all quite tasty! They tasted like good quality chicken too, not like weird frozen chicken.

I was blown away that these were breaded with chickpea flower. I was impressed with the simple ingredients of egg, chicken breast, and seasonings. They were easy to prepare in our air fryer, tasty, and tender. If you’re looking for a low carb high protein snack or meal, you should check them out. I accidentally threw the empty bag away so no photo available. I will definitely be getting more.

These are delicious. So good tasting and moist. It’s real chicken not shredded it up. It’s like they took a chicken breast, all white meat, and just cut that up, lightly breaded it and called it done. Super easy to make in the air fryer or oven. These are the best frozen chicken nuggets I’ve ever ever had and I’ve had four kids so I’ve tried a lot. There is 23 g of protein in a serving, 3 carbs, the back is very informative. Gluten-free, grain free. Just absolutely delicious.

They are so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They are all white meat and taste like the come from a restaurant. I have prepared them in the air fryer and the oven before and they taste great and come out crisp either way. I will continue to buy these because they are a quick meal my entire family loves.

It's also my first time seeing chicken nuggets made from real chicken instead of ground chicken shaped into nuggets. It has a real chicken texture, and the brand truly lives up to its name, "Real Chicken, Real Good!" The cooking instructor on the packaging is very straightforward and prepares the most delicious chicken. Even though I'm not on a gluten-free diet, I will choose Real Good food products from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Real Good Foods did it again! These chicken nuggets are so easy to cook in the air fryer, just 12 minutes at 330 F and you are good to go! These are lightly breaded and a little under for the salt but I don’t mind as I chop these up & put them in my pasta for protein. These chicken texture is really nice and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Unfortunately, I only have negatives opinions of this product. First, none of the chicken is close in size and many of them were folded over making for an inconsistent cook. The closest comparison I can think if to describe the texture of the breading is a cross between corn meal and beach sand. It was extremely coarse, very unpleasant to chew, and most of the pieces burned. The chickens texture was rubbery and very dry. I would not recommend this product, especially at its price point, the quality is just not there.
